We will undertake to load job postings within 24 hours, this may be within seconds but we guarantee within 24 hours. All listings will be visible for 30 days.

Our terms of service

A. To utilise the Chefs Direct website services the users must agree to receive our sponsored email promotions. Once a job has been posted, your email address will automatically be incorporated into our mailshot database. Should the user opt out of receiving these emails, all jobs listings will automatically removed from the Chefs Direct website. B. No use of bad language, in job description, titles or any text, repetition of wording or relisting in an offensive way. 

C. All postings must be genuine, no products or services apply. No pyramid selling schemes or anything entitled “Business Opportunity”.

D. No URL links to products allowed.

E. Only one vacancy is to be advertised per listing.

F. The user is responsible for the content of the vacancy and will indemnify Chefs Direct against any claim, loss, liability, expense and/or damage in connection therewith.

G. Once uploaded, you give Chefs Direct the right to utilise the user’s logo and details for promotional purposes. This may include publication on the website, promotion through social media and any other forms of marketing that Chefs Direct wishes to utilise.

H. Users will comply with all applicable laws, including without limitation: the Data Protection Act 1998 and the Equality Act 2010. By submitting a vacancy to the website, the user thereby confirms that the content of the vacancy complies with the Code of Practice on Employment provided by the Equality and Human Rights Commission, which is currently available at: http://www.equalityhumanrights.com/legal-and-policy/equality-act/equality-act-codes-of-practice/

I. Chefs Direct reserve the right to remove job advertisements at their discretion for any reason.

J. Chefs Direct has the right to forward advertisements to any third party advertising platforms that it wishes to utilise.

K. Job postings which contain discriminatory elements such as sex, race and disability may result in legal proceedings. At will, we will remove such advertisements and inform you accordingly.

L. All users must agree to act in a professional manner and you are unable to take action against Chefs Direct in the event of a court case.

M. We do not guarantee responses to job postings or suitability for the role. You are obligated to take your own checks to ensure suitability of the applicant, qualifications and personal characteristics.

N. Uploading external links from your posting which are illegal or could result in a dispute with Chefs Direct will be removed.
